We work hard to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation as soon as your purchase is placed and a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

US Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if offered)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Local Delivery or Pickup (optional — remove if not needed)

  • Available for customers in Jacksonville, FL

  • You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup/delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

International Shipping (optional)

If you plan to ship internationally:

  • International shipping is available to select countries.

  • Delivery times vary by destination.

  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

If you're not offering international shipping yet, I can give you a version without this section.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed:

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
